FAQ

General Information

What does Peptide Pantry offer?

Peptide Pantry offers high purity research peptides and related laboratory supplies for qualified hobby researchers and independent labs. All products are intended strictly for research use and are not for human or animal consumption.

Are your products for human use?

No. All products are sold for laboratory research only. They are not intended for human use, medical applications, therapeutic purposes, or consumption of any kind.

Do you provide dosing or medical guidance?

No. Peptide Pantry does not provide dosing information, usage instructions, or medical advice. All products are for research only, and any health related questions should be directed to a licensed medical professional.

Are your products tested?

Yes. Each batch is submitted for third party testing so that purity and identity can be verified before being released for research use. Testing helps ensure consistency and reliability for qualified researchers.

Do you have a customer service contact?

Yes. You may contact us through the website’s contact form or by email, peptidepantry@peptidepantryshop.com. We aim to respond promptly regarding order questions, shipping updates, or research related documentation.

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, Peptide Pantry accepts select electronic payment methods listed at checkout. These options allow us to keep prices fair while avoiding the high processing fees associated with traditional payment platforms.

We are continually exploring additional payment avenues to make checkout more flexible as our research shop grows.

Why do you only accept “Friends & Family” style payments?

Because we specialize in research-only products, many major payment processors and credit card companies will not maintain accounts for businesses in this category. Their policies typically exclude laboratory and research use materials, even when fully compliant and properly disclosed.

Using Friends & Family style payments allows us to:

  • avoid large processing fees (which keeps pricing lower),
  • maintain reliable payment options that do not get shut down without notice, and
  • continue operating as a small, research focused supplier.

We understand this is different from typical checkout experiences, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding as we continue to explore stable long term payment solutions.

Can I leave a note or request an item not listed in the shop?

Yes! We encourage customers to use the order notes section during checkout. If there’s a research compound you’d like to see added, a restock request, or any special instructions for your order packaging, please let us know. Customer feedback helps guide what we bring into the shop next.

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?

Changes and cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Because we ship quickly, please reach out as soon as possible if something needs to be adjusted.

Do you offer order confirmations or receipts?

Yes. Every order automatically sends a confirmation email with your item list, order number, and shipping information. Please review this email right away to ensure accuracy.

Do you accept returns?

Because these are research grade materials, returns cannot be accepted once an order has shipped. This protects product integrity, handling standards, and researcher safety. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us right away so we can review and assist.

Why do some products show as out of stock?

Products may show as out of stock when we are awaiting new batches, testing results, or updated documentation. We only restock items once third-party results have been reviewed, ensuring consistency and quality for researchers. You may leave a note at checkout or contact us if you’d like to be notified about upcoming restocks.

Shipping

How long does shipping usually take?

Most in stock orders ship within 1–2 business days, and many go out the same day depending on when payment is received. Transit times vary by location and carrier, but most U.S. customers receive their research materials within a few business days once shipped.

Do you offer same day shipping?

When possible, yes. Orders placed and paid early in the day may ship the same day. Because of this, it is extremely important to review your order confirmation email right away to ensure your address and details are correct.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double check your confirmation email immediately after placing an order. If you notice an incorrect address, contact us right away. We can make corrections only if the order has not yet shipped.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it cannot be rerouted. Peptide Pantry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Taking a moment to verify your confirmation email helps ensure safe and accurate delivery.

How are orders packaged?

We discreetly package orders securely using protective materials to help safeguard orders in transit. Packing slips are included in the shipment. Our goal is to make sure your materials arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within a reasonable time after your order has been shipped.

What if my package is delayed or shows no movement?

It’s normal for carriers to experience occasional delays or gaps in tracking updates. Most delayed packages resume movement within a few days. If your package has shown no activity for several days, feel free to contact us and we can help you check on it.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I can’t find it?

Carrier scans are sometimes early. We recommend checking with neighbors, your mailbox, parcel lockers, and your local post office. In most cases, packages appear within 24 hours of the initial scan.

If it still cannot be located, you may open a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but the carrier has full control once the package has been delivered.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

Orders may be packed over the weekend, but carriers only pick up on business days. Any orders placed over a weekend or holiday will ship once carriers resume normal operations.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Peptide Pantry ships within the United States only. Restrictions, carrier limitations, and customs regulations for research compounds vary internationally, so domestic shipping keeps delivery reliable and compliant.

Product Information, Testing & Storage

Are your products tested?

Yes. Each batch is submitted for third party testing so that identity and purity can be verified before it is offered for research. Testing helps ensure that researchers are working with accurately labeled materials.

Can I see testing results or documentation?

Testing information is reviewed before new batches are listed. Documentation is available upon request for qualified researchers. If you have questions about a specific batch, feel free to reach out with your order details.

Why does my vial look different than last time?

Appearance can vary slightly from batch to batch. Differences in supplier, lyophilization methods, and natural characteristics of the compound can affect powder density, texture, or color tone.

These visual changes do not reflect a change in verified purity or identity. New batches are not listed until third party test results have been reviewed. Slight visual variation is normal with research grade materials.

Why is the price different from the last time I ordered?

Pricing is based on our cost from suppliers, raw material availability, and the expense of third party testing for each batch. These factors can change between restocks, which may cause prices to adjust up or down over time.

Our goal is to keep pricing fair and to pass on savings whenever we can. When our overall cost is lower, we reflect that in the final price for researchers. When costs increase, adjustments help ensure we can continue offering high purity materials responsibly.

How should I store my peptides?

In general, research peptides are best kept in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat until they are used for laboratory work. Many researchers choose cold storage for longer term stability, but specific conditions depend on the compound, lab protocols, and current literature.

Peptide Pantry does not provide individualized storage, handling, or stability recommendations. Researchers are responsible for following appropriate lab guidelines and references for their specific projects.

Do you provide instructions on how to mix or use the products?

No. Peptide Pantry does not provide reconstitution instructions, dosing information, or usage protocols. All products are sold for laboratory research only, and any experimental design or handling procedures must be determined by the researcher based on appropriate references and approvals.

Do reconstituted peptides have a shelf life?

Shelf life and stability after reconstitution can vary depending on the compound, solvent, storage conditions, and research design. Because these factors are highly specific, Peptide Pantry does not make shelf life guarantees or provide stability timelines.

Researchers should consult current scientific literature and follow their lab’s standard operating procedures when determining how long a reconstituted material remains appropriate for their work.
