Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at peptidepantry@peptidepantryshop.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Peptide Pantry is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the research-grade nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products. All purchases are final.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at peptidepantry@peptidepantryshop.com with your order number.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
