Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS. Each order is fulfilled using the carrier and service that provides the fastest delivery at the most competitive rate. USPS Priority Mail is available as an expedited option at checkout for faster delivery. If you have a carrier preference please note it in the order comments at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. Free priority shipping is available on orders over $150.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to product contents on the exterior. Our return address and billing descriptor appear under our parent company name, Four Oaks Wellness Supply, to ensure complete discretion. Your privacy is important to us.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time Peptide Pantry ships within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical delivery address is provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website at usps.com. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order please contact us at peptidepantry@peptidepantryshop.com.
Delivery Issues
Peptide Pantry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit please refer to our Refund and Return Policy or contact us directly.
